Lee Whitley Named President of HighTech Finishing, Leading Supplier for Corporate Aviation
Lee H. Whitley has been named president of
HighTech Finishing, the leading supplier of decorative metal plating for
the corporate aviation industry.
Whitley assumes the role formerly held by company owner Carl A. Bartuch
Jr., who has become the chief executive officer.
Whitley joined HighTech Finishing in 1994 as controller. He was named
executive vice president and general manager in September 2001.
Whitley says his goal is for HighTech Finishing to further strengthen its
position in the marketplace through continued investment in its people and
processes. HighTech was recently awarded ISO9001/AS9100 certification.
"HighTech Finishing is the clear leader in our industry," Whitley said.
"Our business plan includes marketing, production, quality and service
strategies designed to help us establish long-term, value-added
partnerships with our customers."
A graduate of Ohio State University, Whitley is a licensed CPA. Prior to joining HighTech Finishing, he worked in manufacturing and cost accounting.
