Our ISO9001/AS9100 process includes:

• Providing presentation samples and pricing estimates for design and marketing
  
  
• Working with your quality assurance team to establish visual inspection criteria
  
  
• Computer digital photography of each customer part upon arrival
  
  
• Individually handling, monitoring and tolerance testing each piece of hardware and trim throughout an exacting 50-step process that includes 17 quality assurance checks.
  
  
• Standard "triple plating" and enamel clear coating to ensure a corrosion-resistant metal seal and high luster final finish.

• Specialty polishing of integrated electronics and audio to keep the tolerances of these delicate pieces accurate.
